About the event
We welcome back Br. James Dowd from The Benedictine Way Episcopal Monastery in Omaha, Nebraska, for the weekend of May 2-3. His Dean of Community Life, Abby Ybay, will also be joining us. Br. James will lead a retreat on Living the Contemplative Life: Young and Old on Saturday morning, May 2, in the side chapel, from 9-12 noon, followed by lunch. He will then preach Sunday morning, May 3, at the Eucharist. Both Br. James and Abby will then officially receive at the service our very own Kathy Sandoval as an Oblate of the The Benedictine Way.
